A plain-English guide

What is 360° feedback?

The hardest person to see clearly is yourself. 360-degree feedback fixes that by asking the people around you how they actually experience you, then comparing it with how you see yourself. Here is how it works, why it matters, and how to run your own in under an hour.

The perception gap

Everyone carries a private picture of who they are: how clearly they communicate, how well they listen, how they show up under pressure. The problem is that this picture is drawn from the inside, and the people around you see something you can't — your blind spots.

360° feedback closes that gap. Instead of one manager's opinion once a year, it collects honest, anonymous input from the full circle of people who work with you, and lays it next to your own self-assessment. Where the two disagree is exactly where the growth is.

How a Snap360 survey works

  1. Shape your survey

A short AI-guided conversation turns what you want to learn into 15 specific, non-generic questions.

  2. Share one private link

Send it to colleagues, friends, and mentors. Responses are anonymous, so the feedback is honest.

  3. Read your AI insight report

At three responses, AI turns the answers into a clear report: strengths, blind spots, and the gap between self and others.

  4. Act on real signal

Concrete direction for growth, drawn from the people who actually know you.

Common questions

What is 360-degree feedback?
360-degree feedback is a method of gathering honest input about a person from the full circle of people around them — managers, peers, direct reports, mentors, even friends — rather than from a single boss. Because the feedback is anonymous and comes from multiple perspectives, it surfaces patterns a one-on-one review misses.
How is Snap360 different from a corporate 360 review?
Traditional 360 programs are run by HR, take weeks, and belong to the company. Snap360 is built for the individual: you create a survey in minutes through an AI-guided conversation, share one private link, and get your own AI insight report. Your data is yours, not your employer’s.
Are responses really anonymous?
Yes. Respondents answer through a private link and individual answers are never shown back to you — only aggregated insights. Anonymity is what makes the feedback honest.
How many responses do I need?
Your AI insight report unlocks at three responses. More responses sharpen the patterns, but three is enough to see your strengths and blind spots clearly.
How much does it cost?
A single survey is $15 (up to 10 respondents) and a 4-pack is $49. There is no subscription and credits never expire. See the pricing page for details.
